DELIVERY + SET UP
- Goulburn – $10
- Out of town (Goulburn) – $1.00 per km (there and back)
- Set up at venue – $50 (plus delivery cost)
HIRING OF STANDS/PLATES
$15 – 20 hiring fee per item (non-refundable) + $50 refundable security deposit per hire occasion.
Items are to be returned within 5 days, in the same condition as hired. If hired items are not returned within 5 days, a non-refundable fee of $20 per day will be applied.
If items are not returned in their original condition, a non-refundable fee will apply according to the replacement cost of that item.
Via bank deposit.
A 50% (non refundable) deposit/retaining fee for orders over $100, and the full balance less then or up to the value of $100 deposit/retaining fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This must be paid within 3 days of receiving the invoice. The remaining balance is to be paid IN FULL 7 days prior to the event date. If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of the event date, the order will be cancelled and the date re opened to other potential clients. The paid deposit balance will not be refunded.
Payment is via bank deposit. Cash is accepted and must be paid 7 days prior to event date. Deposits are still to be paid within 3 business days of receiving the invoice.
