Where are you located and where do you deliver to?
We are located in Goulburn NSW 2580. This is roughly a 2-2.5 hour drive from Sydney and a 1 hour drive from Canberra. We provide delivery services to the entire Goulburn area and can also offer pick up options if you live in the Canberra CBD,  Southern Tablelands, the Southern Highlands, and the Illawarra/ South coast areas.

How far ahead do I need to make my booking?

As far in advance as possible! While we make every attempt to accept last-minute orders, unfortunately this is not always possible. It does take a few days to bake and decorate each cake and sometime we may be booked months in advance. Please ensure you book at least 14-21 days in advance at a bare minimum to avoid missing out on your required date.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is required by bank deposit/direct transfer. These details will be provided on your invoice once the booking has been confirmed and the quote has been accepted.

Is there a deposit required for my order?

Yes, A 50% (non refundable) deposit/retaining fee for orders over $101, and the full balance less then or up to the value of $100 deposit/retaining fee is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This must be paid within 3 days of receiving the invoice.

The remaining balance is to be paid IN FULL 7 days prior to the event date. If the remaining balance is not paid within 7 days of the event date, the order will be cancelled and the date re opened to other potential clients. The paid deposit balance will not be refunded.

We will provide these details to you when your booking is confirmed.

Is my order guaranteed when I fill out your quote form?

No, Completing the online form does NOT mean that your booking has been accepted. We will review your request, check the date for availability, and contact you to discuss cake/dessert designs and then confirm the booking details as soon as possible.

I want you to copy the design from a photo of another cake, can you do this?

We are happy to create a cake (or any other goodies) according to a design you have seen elsewhere. Please remember though, it may be impossible to replicate every single detail from another design, and sometimes there may be copyright laws in place to protect those trademark designs. We also have her own cake designs and ideas that she will discuss with you to ensure all of your needs are met.

We would like a cake flavour that isn’t listed, is this possible?

We are more then happy to discuss flavour combinations that aren’t listed, and are always happy to test out new recipies, however be mindful that we will need plenty of notice for this to happen as the flavours listed have been tried and tested over the years and some recipes may need slight adjustments before the final product is perfect. We will discuss this with you and let you know what is possible.

There are too many flavours to choose from! Can we organise a cake tasting?

Yes – we offer cake tastings to help you decide 🙂 For just $45 you will be provided with a 1 hour consultation session for two people. You can choose up to 3 cake and buttercream flavours to delight your palate during this session.

Bookings and payments are required 30 days in advance and bookings are subject to availability.

(Our tasting bookings are on weekdays – Monday to Wednesday – as weekends we are busy decorating and delivering cakes.)

Do you offer any other small packages for special occasions like Christmas, Easter or Mother’s / Father’s Day?

Most definitely! Keep an eye on our Facebook page for special offers at Christmas, Easter and Mother’s and Farther’s Day. These packages will change every year.

Examples include- Cupcakes, Cookies, cake jars, macarons, brownies  etc.

Are you able to handle dietary requirements?

Yes. While we don’t have certain gluten, dairy free, or egg free cakes mentioned in the menu, we can alter most recipes to incorporate these needs. Also please allow plenty of notice for these types of cakes as they take special care.

Can we hire your cake stands?

Yes you can. We have a large selection of cake stands, high tea stands, plates, canisters and cupcake stands to hire out if needed.

There is a $20 hiring fee (non-refundable) per item + $50 refundable security deposit per hire occasion.

Items are to be returned within 5 days, in the same condition as hired.  If hired items are not returned within 5 days, the $50 security deposit will not be refunded. If items are not returned in their original condition, you will be charged for the cost of replacing the item.
